Favorite App: S-Docs
We use this app to create invoices for our Projects; a custom object from a managed package. You have the option to choose what format you want your document generated; PDF, DOC, Excel, PPT, or HTML. When creating the template, the Template Generator allows you to bring in related lists, custom and standard fields, or your own custom code. It was super easy to install and setup was a breeze. I had the invoice template up and running in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Favorite App: Conga Composer
Conga Composer allows me to generate documents straight from Salesforce with a few clicks of a button. The document can be created from standard and custom objects and are pre-populated with data from the Salesforce record in Word, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML email or Excel. I love Conga Composer because it takes a long, repetitive process that would normally take hours and reduces it to just seconds! Conga Composer also has one of the best service teams around. They are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and are happy to work with you to get the solution that best fits your business needs.

Favorite App: Field Trip
Field Trip is a great tool to have when you have a project that includes a lot of fields. It’s so easy to build fields in Salesforce and then forget about them after time has passed, or if the project turns in a different direction. The Field Trip app allows you to run reports on the analytics of field usage and makes data clean-up for a client much easier. What a time saver!

Favorite App: Lead Convert Chatter
One item missing in the sales process is being able to keep chatter communications on leads once they are converted. Lead Convert Chatter allows you to keep the Chatter history upon conversion. The setup was simple and now no communication history is lost. It’s giving our customers even greater sales insight.

Favorite App: Custom Quote Sync
In our sales process we have a number of customizations, and we needed a way to be able to translate those from the Quote to the Opportunity. We originally thought we needed to create some code, but Custom Quote Sync fit the requirements with no development needed! It was easy to configure and map the fields. Our sales team was up and running with quotes in no time!
