For those of you who aren’t familiar with Salesforce Chatter groups, they are a quick and easy way to collaborate with employees and even with Salesforce customers outside of your organization. Once set up, Chatter groups can be public, private, unlisted and archived to keep the communication secure.
Salesforce Chatter groups can help people regardless of their role within the organization: from developers to administrators to standard users. By joining Chatter groups in the Salesforce Success Community, you can learn, share and network with people who have experience dealing with an issue or topic you may be struggling with. Here are the 6 Salesforce Chatter groups we encourage everyone to join.

We love this Chatter group because it offers resources found under the Links to Get You Started! sidebar. These resources include webinar and office hours, regional events, what’s trending, and other getting started topics. In addition to the great resources to help guide new Salesforce users, this group is extremely active and is a great place to ask the questions you may have while customizing your Salesforce organization.
