Joshua was raised in Gahanna, OH and is married with a son, a dog and a cat. He came to us with Telephony, Help Desk and Desk Side Support experience with Cisco Phones as well as experience providing onsite, email and call support. In his free time Joshua enjoys discing, investing in crypto, playing guitar, video games and hanging out with his family.
