Tristam comes to us from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, bringing L1 tech support and physical server repair experience to the team. He holds a CompTIA F+ and Google Cybersecurity certification.

When he’s not solving tech problems, Tristam enjoys reading, video games, and tabletop RPGs like D&D. He volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Ohio to support his daughter and wife with meetings, camps, and cookie season.

Fun Facts
Tristam is a classically trained swordsman who performed live steel, non-choreographed sword fights and tactical demos at Renaissance Fairs.

What do you love most about Revolution Group?
Just being given the power to help people without having to jump through a bunch of hoops or sending to different teams to fix problems. It’s a great feeling knowing that I can just fix the issue when it comes in.
