Jim Stephens
Help Desk Engineer
Jim Stephens grew up in Southern Ohio and is now a Help Desk Engineer on our Technology Services team. His family is mostly spread out around Ohio and West Virginia. Jim brings a strong technical support background, including Help Desk and over-the-phone tech support, along with experience refurbishing recycled computers and electronics and working in game and app development. Outside of work, he enjoys 3D printing, e-bikes, basketball, VR, and keeping up with machine learning and AI.
