Subscribers to our remote network management service pay a flat monthly fee to have the servers on their networks monitored 24x7 by our network operations center. From there, you (or our engineers) remotely manage all servers and network equipment – monitoring the health of the network and every server – taking care of applying service packs, securing and fixing any and all problems, even dispatching an engineer to the customer’s location, if necessary. Our economy of scale allows us to provide this service at a flat monthly fee per machine so that network management costs are completely predictable.
