Revolution Group, a leading IT consulting firm based in Westerville, Ohio, is seeking a dynamic sales professional who can hunt, identify opportunities, and sell value-added information technology applications and professional services. This is a consultative sales position dealing directly with C-level audiences. Candidates experienced in selling technology services and/or software will have a definite advantage!

Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, scheduling appointments, and networking
  • Prepare and present proposals that result in closed/won sales
  • Meet or exceed targeted monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity and sales revenue goals
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database of client and prospect information
  • Manage activities, leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline
  • Work closely with marketing team to execute marketing campaigns
  • Identify, develop and maintain channel partnerships to better serve client base
  • Grow existing accounts through strong working relationships and understanding of clients’ businesses
  • Drive sustainable growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years consultative business-to-business sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, qualifying and overcoming objections
  • Familiarity with technology industry
  • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills
  • Customer focused attitude ensuring the highest level of support to our customer base
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with business decision makers (CEO, President, Owner)
  • Ability to understand and execute a professional sales methodology
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM helpful
  • High-energy, self-motivated, well-organized
  • Ability to function within and contribute to a positive, team oriented, continuous learning environment

For some customers, we provide consulting resources to manage specific projects as needed, and for other customers, we are their entire IT department.
