ERP Implementation Consultant

Our Implementation Consultants have business, industry, and project management experience.  They are responsible for successfully defining and managing ERP implementation project activities within complex client environments.  They are effective change agents who are able to quickly build positive relationships and immerse themselves into client environments.

 

Candidate Skills and Experience.

Bachelor’s degree required.  Major in business or operations management, computer or information science, or an engineering discipline.

Knowledge and experience with manufacturing or distribution integrated (ERP) systems.  Experience with Plex Online manufacturing software a significant benefit.

Knowledge and application of disciplined project management processes.  Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma and/or PMP certifications a plus.

Considerable hands on experience in manufacturing or distribution environments, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or food & beverage industries.  Experience in materials management, supply chain, or quality areas a plus.

Proven dynamic leadership skills.  The ability to motivate internal and external teams to learn and apply new skills and technologies.

Excellent analytical and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to develop trusting relationships with management, operational, and technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to create a vision, research viable solutions and recommend a course of action.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Ability to develop, implement and complete projects according to schedule and within budget.

Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in customer service.

Fluency in multiple languages a plus.

Ability and willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
