These people can help you find, select and implement ERP systems, help you better utilize your existing systems by analyzing and recommending changes. They can work with you to design new applications to automate or streamline business processes. They can design your websites and portals.
We can lighten your load by managing an entire project from beginning to end, including bringing in the programming resources and engineering resources as needed.
We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner – the highest level of partnership with Microsoft – one of a handful of this level partner in central Ohio. This gives us special access to Microsoft resources and training to keep our staff of engineers highly trained. Our engineers are very experienced in planning, implementing and maintaining all the Microsoft server products – such as Windows Server 2003, Exchange Server, etc. as well as planning, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure itself – routers, firewalls, switches, etc.
We are very excited about our new engineering service offering which we call – RevON™ Remote Network Management – some of you may be familiar with Managed Services.
Subscribers to our remote network management service pay a flat monthly fee to have the servers on their networks monitored 24x7 by our network operations center. From there, our engineers remotely manage all your servers and network equipment – monitoring the health of the network and every server - taking care of applying service packs, securing, and fixing any and all problems, even dispatching an engineer to your location if necessary. Our economy of scale allows us to provide this service at a flat monthly fee per machine so that your network management costs are completely predictable.
